||Senior Manager - Pricing and Deal Management

Reporting directly to the Director of Pricing and Bid Governance, the Senior Manager- Pricing is a key role with responsibility for driving positive pricing initiatives across the region, supporting and helping to drive continued business through organic growth as well as new business opportunities.
This role is the primary point of contact in supporting the sales and client service team within North America and Asia as well as providing support where required to the Global community through all pricing initiatives.
This role will be proactive by setting up accurate measurement matrixes and will have deep knowledge of the contact centre processes and performance levers, supporting management in executing their business decisions with a high amount of precision and consistency.
-Responsible for the overall financial deal structure of new business opportunities for new and existing clients as well as contract renewals
-Organise and consolidate pricing on regional and cross-regional deals
-Responsible for the financial assurance that the deal model aligns with the delivery and technical solution and the contractual agreement
-Actively participate in all bid calls to provide feedback on possible pricing opportunities and risks and to support the solution development
-Document all pricing and costing assumptions
-Responsible for the analysis of the solution and cost drivers to assure compliance with all current standards
-Responsible for notification of changes to revenue and operating profit which would require re-approval by a deal review board.
-Cooperate with peer review activities to improve overall work products
-Participate in Customer meetings and Oral presentations when required
-Participate as a key member of the contracts negotiating team providing analysis and input on contract change impacts to deal outcome
-Determine required approval threshold for each opportunity and engage key stakeholders in deal review process where required
-Assist deal team to achieve the target price by providing continuous feedback on overall cost impacts, solution alternatives, continuous improvement opportunities, and relevant pricing alternatives and options
-Be an active, dynamic and contributing member of the Transcom North America & Asia bid management team
-Build strong and effective relationships with internal customers;
-Demonstrate a genuine and achievable commitment to provide a first class service at every level to all users of Transcom.
-Identify and mentors potential back-up/replacement candidate
-Additional responsibilities may be added as the needs of the business change and expand.
Qualifications and Experience
The ideal candidate will bring all or most of the following:
-Experience in assessing and analysing data, and providing recommendations based on this analysis
-Leadership experience demonstrated in a role in outsourcing services, CRM, or related services would be a distinct advantage
-Have knowledge in the software Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio.
-Sales/Bid Management experience preferred, operations or workforce management experience deemed an asset
-Proven track record of creating and delivering business objectives
-Knowledge of general accounting principles, currency risks, financial statements
-Ability to handle complex pricing and costing models in excel and other tools
-Deep understanding of technology and/or business processes in CRM and CMS services.
-Familiarity with technology solutions within CRM and CMS environment.
-Ability to understand high-level business issues and proposed detailed solution to high-level issues.
-Ability to work effectively in high-paced environment with tight deadlines
-Strong customer focus, with drive for delivering quality service
-Excellent communication and relationship-building, able to communicate at the most senior levels and present effectively to a wide variety of audiences
-Hold a high level of morale
-Be self motivated and problem solving oriented
-Take ownership for quality, competence and commitment
