Pre-Sales Business Development Manager - 1 Year Contract
Responsibilities -Identify and develop new business opportunities for a BPO relationship across North America -Develop and implement a customer relationship growth strategy to build a long-term relationships with new logo clients -Design and Engage prospects through a Multi-Dimensional outreach program including Social Media, Direct Calling and Emailing Campaigns, Trade Show, and Webinar Hosting -Manage a portfolio of multi-vertical leads, establishing key messaging and value propositions via Nurture program, while continuously evaluate and modify existing Nurture Program to reduce lead development time quarter over quarter. -Partner with the Content Development Manager to develop and execute “nurture†marketing plan ensuring alignment with regional and global strategy to meet objectives related to the following groups of targets: % advancement (overall), and various direct marketing KPI, Nurture Program Management KPI -Identify, Research and Engage New Logos/Leads and Organizations needed to maximize Transcom’s inclusion in RFP Process, or direct contracting opportunities. -Develop strong relationships with key support areas within Transcom, including the VPs of Sales, Account Managers/Directors and Deal Management Teams. -Develop an independent referral source (Centers of Influence) by leveraging existing networks and building new networks within the community to facilitate new client acquisition Skills & Knowledge -Demonstrated strength in business development and customer relationship management skills -Understanding of how to use industry tools for outreach campaigns, lead identification research and open RFPs. -Sound judgment coupled with a strong understanding of Direct Marketing legislation and practices -Ability to develop and establish effective long-term relationships with influencers, business contacts and external partners -Thorough knowledge of Transcom’s services, policies and procedures -Team player with a thorough understanding of the dynamics of the call centre environment -Excellent interpersonal and communications skills Educational background & experience -Bachelor degree in Marketing or Business Administration -An experienced BDM with 2-5 years of experience in the contact centre environment, with proven sales skills that has a passion for entrepreneurship
